Samsung Galaxy Foldable will be Launched In August

According to a recently leaked news, Samsung's new foldable phone will launch next month. According to most of the rumors, Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 is the name of the upcoming device. It is going to be launched on August 10 at the Samsung Unpacked event along with the other devices.

The leaker, Evan Blass has revealed an image of the new Samsung Foldable device on his Twitter account. Unfortunately, this tweet is now removed due to reporting and copyright issues. The image appeared to be a blurry representation of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Some rumors say the foldable device is going to be named as Samsung Galaxy Fold 4. Also, Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 smartphone is going to be launched. These are only assumptions of the names. Very soon we will all be able to know the real name and the features of the new Samsung foldable smartphone.

Features of the Fold 4

The Galaxy Fold 4 and the Flip 4 are expected to have similar designs except for a few additional details. Rumors say the most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, better cameras, a better and more durable display with a small hinge, and larger battery capacity will be there in the new device. Some imply that the device will also consist of fast charging of 25W and it will have Android 12-based One UI 4.1.1 along with stereo speakers, Samsung Pay, and side-mounted fingerprint readers might be there.

About a month ago, another Twitter account revealed about the Samsung Unpacked event. Jon Prosser revealed the devices which are going to be launched at the Samsung Event. However, he has posted the date of the event is going to be August 26th which appears to be false.

Moreover, according to rumors, a new generation of Samsung smartwatches will be out at the event. These may include the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
